Shipping, Delivery & Refunds Policy

I make deliveries in both Australia & worldwide. Please contact me if your country isn't listed & I'll add it. If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.

Processing times:
Please note I receive a large number of orders daily. Processing times are 2-7 business days unless there are a large volume of orders then it may be delayed. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will be subjected to the delivery service used.

Lost of damaged items:
I will ensure that I pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety however, if your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier to fill out a claim as we do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier. All orders are insured by Australia Post for up to $100.00 for any lost or damaged items. If you'd like to be insured for more than $100.00 it's an extra $4.00 on top of shipping costs, please reach out to me if that's something you'd like to do. If there is an error with your order such as missing or incorrect items, please contact me via email within our business hours (9am-3pm Australian time). Please note I get a large amount of emails daily, response time is usually within 1-3 business days.

Refunds

No change of mind refunds. You are only entitled to a refund or replacement if you have any major problems with your purchase (For example: Damaged, missing or incorrect items). No refunds on digital items, all sales final.

Cancellation Policy
We have a NO cancellation policy after one hour of purchase. If you need to cancel your order we require you to do so within one hour after purchase. No cancellation on digital items, all sales final.

 

Consumer Guarantee:

By exchanging money for a product, consumers are entitled to a product that is safe, without fault & looks acceptable.
